Order Handling At MetalDete, we strive to prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Our standard order handling time is 1 business day, which means we will carefully package and ready your order for shipping within 3 to 5 days of receiving it. Please note that order handling time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. For orders within the United States, we estimate that your order will arrive within 3 to 5 days after the order handling time.

Free Shipping We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order and see when it is expected to arrive. Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
