Returns At MetalDete, we take pride in offering products that meet high-quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from metaldete.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Return Items
- Get in Touch: To start a return, simply email our customer service team at Contact@metaldete.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: Once we approve your return request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions on how to send back the item(s).
Returning Items
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless we made a mistake or you received a defective product.
- Safe Packing: Please ensure the item(s) are securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.
Getting Your Money Back
- Processing Time: We strive to process refunds quickly, usually within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Broken or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Contact@metaldete.com right away. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
For returns, we recommend using a shipping service with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Proof of receipt of the returned item(s) is required before issuing a refund.
Gifts If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you will receive a gift certificate once we receive the returned item(s). If the gift was purchased by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
